Welcome Party for Visiting Researcher Francesca Bompan and Our Year-End Gathering
In December 2025, we welcomed Ms. Francesca Bompan, a visiting researcher from the University of Ferrara, Italy, to our laboratory.
To celebrate her arrival and mark the conclusion of the year, we held a lab party combining her welcome event with our year-end gathering.
Ms. Bompan is engaged in research on tumors and degenerative diseases in the field of ophthalmology. During her stay, she is participating in an ongoing and challenging experiment in our lab as part of her research activities.
On the day of the party, we enjoyed a warm and relaxed atmosphere, sharing a meal and deepening our connections as a lab team.
We hope Ms. Bompan’s research experience in Japan will be fruitful and fulfilling, and we will continue to support her during her time with us.
We are also pleased to share that our lab director, Dr. Kurihara has successfully passed the board certification exam in clinical genetics. We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations and wish Dr. Kurihara continued success in all future endeavors.
